For those of you who really understand what “refurbished” means and what headaches can possibly arise with such products, this is an absolute steal. NEVER BUY A NEW LAPTOP. ALWAYS BUY REFURBISHED. They go obsolete too quickly to spend money on a new one. The first unit I received had a bad hard drive, but that’s can happen with refurbished units. This laptop is packed with features. Camera mounted above the nice big screen, HDMI output, dual processors (2.15 Ghz/each; rated at 3.98 Ghz in tandem) and 4 Gb of RAM. My only complaints: 1. the reflective material coating the screen gives off way too much glare. 2. There isn’t an option to lock the laptop closed. 3. The wireless on/off switch (which I think is completely unnecessary to begin with) is located in a spot which makes it easy to unknowingly shut it off. 4. The onboard control for volume is pathetic. Otherwise, it’s fantastic. Buy it.
