this laptop wont play gta 4 without lag 0o..infact..id be suprised if ANY laptop played gta4 decently…gta 4 is meant for desktop gaming rigs. not laptops. sorry.
im talking about standards of playing it with some high settings….even if a laptop could do that…it would last about 45 minutes before frying…and really? an 8200ms running gta at medium??
i have this same laptop and it works great for me any one who wants to just go online and watch movies and do a little download this laptop will be fine i also got a logitech webcam and i webchat and it works great for me but i did have to switch from 5 to 10 meg speed on cam i was running a little slow
what i noticed about the laptop is that it handles games/graphics just fine… the problem is with in-game lighting… when playing oblivion i only get lag when in mage’s guild or places with a lot of light sources (like the bridge in skingrad going up to the castle… there’s a bunch of torches along that bridge that cause major lag)
I also have this laptop and it plays lots of games nicely. Halo2 is a little laggy, bioshock is just fine Half life2 plays like a dream Sims 3 plays perfect
Dude dont ever buy a laptop at walmart i got a gateway MT6730 12 1/2 months later hard drive died and i had to send it in for repair 3 times due to the backlight on the screen going dead and my buddy got one dell 1520 i believe died 15 months he sent his in for repair during the warranty period for processor burning out and later on 2 months later hard drive making a scraping noise then died wtf? its like there shit and compaq are good laptops my 4 year old still working fine and fast battery to

got my cq60 419-wm 3 months agogood laptop but i could barely run left 4 dead and when i tried to replace the CPU i have to completly remove the case
